1. Products

Baangers primarily sells thrift, vintage, pre-owned, and/or curated clothing.

Because of the nature of thrift and vintage products, individual items may have unique characteristics, signs of previous use, age-related characteristics, or minor imperfections.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, photographs, measurements, and other available information before purchasing.

1. Product Availability

Products are generally sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable due to an inventory or technical error.

If Baangers cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

1. Pricing

Prices displayed on Baangers.in are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.

1. Payments

Baangers currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Unless an order qualifies under our Refund & Cancellation Policy due to a verified issue such as a damaged or incorrect item, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing preferences, colour preferences, or minor imperfections associated with thrift/vintage products.

1. Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim involving a damaged package, damaged product, missing item, or incorrect item, a continuous unboxing video is required.

The video should begin before the package is opened and clearly show the package, shipping label, and opening process.

Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

1. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, designs, and branding displayed on Baangers.in, belongs to Baangers or its respective rights holders and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without permission.
