Baangers currently offers free shipping on orders within India.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship orders across India.

Depending on the destination and our operating location at the time of dispatch, we may use different delivery partners or postal services.

For example:

• Within Kerala: DTDC may be used.
• Outside Kerala: India Post may be used when we are operating from Kerala.
• Other locations: A suitable courier or delivery service may be selected based on availability and destination.

The courier or delivery partner may therefore vary from order to order.

1. Shipping Charges

Shipping is currently free of charge for customers within India, unless otherwise mentioned on the product or checkout page.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch after payment confirmation.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, destination, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

1. Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Baangers is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, postal service, incorrect address details provided by the customer, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

1. Incorrect Address

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, additional shipping costs for re-dispatch may be applicable.

1. Package Damage

Customers should inspect the package at the time of delivery whenever possible.

If the package appears damaged, please record a continuous unboxing video starting before opening the package. This video may be required to process any damage-related claim.

1. No COD

Baangers currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
